At Crown House Dental Practice in Egham, we will take time to explain your treatment charges to you. Charges do apply to NHS dentistry, it is one of the few services you do have to pay for. However, some people are exempt from payments, and we will help you decide if you are eligible for any financial assistance.

There are three NHS charge bands:

Band 1

£25.80

Covers an examination, diagnosis and advice. If necessary, it also includes X-rays, a scale and polish and planning for further treatment.

Band 2

£70.70

Covers all of that in Band 1 plus additional treatment such as fillings, root canal treatments and teeth extractions.

Band 3

£306.80

Covers all of that in Bands 1 and 2 plus more complex procedures, such as crowns, dentures and bridges.
